Sarah Palin is an intruging choice for the VP ticket of the Republican party. A John McCain/Sarah Palin ticket, in my opinion, is a mirror of the Obama/Biden ticket. Obama chose a man who had a lot of experience and who could lend a sense of realism to a campaign that has been something like [...]

Mike Huckabee is scheduled to meet with a group of retired members of the military to discuss the issue of torture. He is the only Republican to accept the invitation so far.
“We would like to reach as many candidates as we can,” said retired Lt. Gen. Harry Soyster, who served as the head of the [...]

The debate is over and my fingers survived the live blogging, although I think I may have carpal tunnel.
Here are my initial thoughts:
1. Mike Huckabee, once again, got very little air time. I am anxious to see a break down of the time each candidate had on the air. I hope that I’m wrong and [...]

The latest Rasmussen Daily Tracking Poll puts Huckabee at first place with 28%, passing Romney’s 25%, Rudy’s 12%, and Thompson’s 11%. This is great news for the Huckabee camp as he goes into what is perhaps the most important debate in this campaign.
Here is an excerpt:
Compared to our prior survey, the trend is unmistakable—Huckabee has [...]

Check out this CNN story about the endorsements by conservative leaders that Giuliani and McCain have recently picked up (link).
I must confess some level of perturbation with the recent of endorsements of Pat Robertson of Rudy Giuliani and Sam Brownback of John McCain. The reason has nothing to do with politics. There is something wrong [...]
