Southern Political Report has post the results of a poll conducted immediately after the CNN/YouTube debate this evening. The results are astonishing. (link)
Here is the article:
Due to transmission issues our live coverage of the debate aftermath was interrupted. However, our cameras captured the moment when Matt Towery and Tom Baxter informed Governor Huckabee, who [...]

The debate is over and my fingers survived the live blogging, although I think I may have carpal tunnel.
Here are my initial thoughts:
1. Mike Huckabee, once again, got very little air time. I am anxious to see a break down of the time each candidate had on the air.  I hope that I’m wrong and [...]

The latest Rasmussen Daily Tracking Poll puts Huckabee at first place with 28%, passing Romney’s 25%, Rudy’s 12%, and Thompson’s 11%. This is great news for the Huckabee camp as he goes into what is perhaps the most important debate in this campaign.

Tom Glessner, head of the pro-life group National Institute of Family and Life Advocates, has given Mike Huckabee his personal endorsement. [...]

Fox News story here: (link)
A major endorsement by prominent pro-life group National Right to Life Committee was just given to Fred Thompson. There has been much speculation about who the group would endorse. With the endorsement, Fred Thompson is able to shore up his pro-life credentials, something which he had been criticized on, and potentially [...]

Rasmussen has an interesting article about the way the public views the Republican candidates. Instead of a poll that asks the public who they will vote for, the polls asks people to vote on whether they view the candidates as conservative, moderate, or liberal. For the full article, check out the following link. (link)
The article [...]

There is an article worth checking out on the Real Clear Politics website (link). Morris says that Huckabee has reached 2nd place in Iowa, commanding 19 percent of the vote. This puts him within striking distance of Romney. Morris also cites Thompson’s steady decline in the polls. That makes me wonder if what I wrote [...]
